Originally released in December of 2006 the Classic theme was in desperate need of an update. I decided to keep the update inline with the original intent of the the old theme ... keep it clean and keep it simple.
Like the recent Espresso and Corporate theme updates this should be looked at as a new theme rather than just an ordinary update. I have completely re-written every bit of code in the Classic theme to bring it in line with todays web.

The Classic theme now includes some really nice CSS3 features to give the theme a little extra eye candy.

• 4 header height options including one that will completely remove the header
• split (dual) navigation system
